With only a few days of effort a viral DAO amassed over 40 Million USD in order to buy a rare private copy of the U.S Constitution; one of two in existence in private ownership. Organization and PR was done on Twitter, the community was fostered in a Discord server, and a DAO contained all the funds in a network address. The website can be read in minutes, the mission so clear that nothing else needed to be said. This isn’t the first DAO, nor will it be the most important, but a permanent shift in the organization of humans has come to the forefront of the world.
What we are seeing is the rise of a new paradigm of internet organization. Chatrooms and social media are replacing board meetings and emails. Twitter spaces are the common forum where leaders can spread their beliefs to the masses. Multi-sig wallets ensure community trust of fundraising efforts, with owners consisting of anon and doxxed accounts. Your funds given you a pro rata share of tokens that are minted as a form of governance voting power. Sarah from Accounting is now @EthMaxiOrDie420.eth with their favorite NFT project as a PFP1. You have many types of fluid membership, spanning NFTs, DAOs, CityCoins, DeFI protocols, mining guilds, and of course the BowTied Jungle. You’ve only read text from them, have no idea where they live, but they want to be apart of multifaceted movements that span the known world of humanity.
Club members consist of coders, artists, construction workers, architects, and even just your average person. Some are as young as 15, and some are as old as 60! Suddenly personal traits such as physical location, nationality, race, gender, age, and more are not nearly as important as before, all that matters is the mission of the community matches the goals of the member.

P.S. Apologies for the lack of writing. Last 6 months have been very busy for me. Obtained a new job, quit the old one, moved to a new place, and starting doing freelance software making Web UI software. Also spent time learning Web3 and Solidity and checking out various Crypto communities. Most importantly took my health seriously and started working out frequently.
